We do not mind if you buy pieces and parts from us to be used on costumes you do on your own commission(s), as long as proper credit to Missti's Mysticals.
No one is allowed to make reproductions of any of the products we offer in our store. We have never, and will never give permission for this, and eventually it does get back to us, whether we find it or someone else that recognizes our work. Please do not try to do this.
It is your responsibility to be safe while wearing our suits or using our products. Always have a friend or guardian to help you when needed, as well as proper hydration to decrease chance of heat stroke.
The Buyer uses all costumes and costume parts at his or her own risk. Missti's Mysticals assumes no liability for any personal or property damage caused by improper use.
If you receive something from us and it is not properly functioning and/or not exactly as it was ordered, tell us as soon as you realize this so it can be sent back and replaced. As long as it wasn't an intentional defect made by improper use, We will replace it. E-mail or note us to make these arrangements. We do not give refunds, sorry! All inquiries must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

I have an idea for what I want but no visual reference, can you draw concept art for me?
Absolutely! We take on concept art commissions during our quote openings as we require visual reference in order to give an accurate quote. The concept art is a separate commission taken before we give the final quote for the costume/prop project and does -not- ensure you a costume/prop commission slot.
